Customer Services Advisor

Reporting To: Customer Services Manager
Responsible For: Delivering excellent Customer Service at all times.
Main Purpose of Job: To ensure that customers are dealt with in a timely, professional
manner at all times.

Job Details:

  • Ensure that all written correspondence is dealt with in a professional, accurate
    and timely manner.
  • Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are answered promptly and dealt with
    in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Ensure that email correspondence and voicemail messages are responded to
    within 2 hours.
  • Be pro-active in resolving a customer crisis.
  • Help maintain and improve upon our customer service policy.
  • Stay abreast of developments within the customer service industry by reading
    journals, websites and attending courses.
  • Learn the industry Codes of Conduct and keep up to date with any revisions
    and amendments.


Assistant Operations Manager

Reporting To: Operations Manager
Responsible For: Assisting with Implementing and managing all new sites and being responsible for the
day-to-day Operations.
Manages: Operations Assistant, ANPR Installation Team, ANPR Admin Team, and Parking Attendant Team.
Main Purpose of Job: To assist with the efficient running of the Operations Team.

Job Details:

  • Oversee and manage the Parking Attendants. Ensure that they are completing the correct routes
    and issuing Parking Charge Notices in line with the BPA Code of Conduct.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the Parking Attendant’s equipment – Bikes, Keys, Handheld
    Computers, Printers and Uniforms.
  • Oversee the setup of all new Patrol sites – ensure they are completed in a timely manner and
    within schedule.
  • To liaise with database management company to ensure efficient operation of the business.
  • Maintain and build good working relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Ensure that the Operations room is organised and tidy.
  • Supervise the Operations Assistant.
  • Attend regular Operations Update meetings with Sales and Senior Management.
  • Contribute to short and long-term business planning and strategy as a member of the
    management team.
  • Accountable for the effective financial management of the Operations Team.
  • Support the Senior Operations Manager with the financial management of the Operations Team.
  • Assist with the management and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the ANPR Team and
    ensure that Parking Charge Notices are delivered within 5 working days.
  • Help oversee the installation of all new ANPR sites – ensure they are completed in a timely
    manner and within schedule.
