MET Launches Online Self-Issue Site - June 2010
MET has developed an interactive website to make it easier for clients to manage the self-issue of Parking Charge Notices. Clients are now able to quickly document vehicle contraventions on our website, allowing MET to immediately begin the validation and notification process. Some clients favour the flexibility of Self-Issue but are not experts in making sure the notices are processed correctly. With our new interactive site, we have managed to combine the client's need for flexibility with our expertise in notice processing.
MET Awarded Design Council Grant - May 2010
MET is proud to have won a £40k grant from The Design Council. The purpose of the grant is to provide MET access to an experienced team of design and communications specialists with the goal of improving our communications with staff, clients, and the public through better design. To begin this process, the design team met with each employee individually as part of an “immersion day” in which every aspect of the company was explored in detail. The result will be a written strategic plan for making improvements over the next twelve months.
